Description
The Production Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day production and administrative operations, helping ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently. This position provides hands-on support across a variety of functions, including coordinating schedules, managing communications, assisting with production-related tasks, organizing logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting general office procedures.
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Corporate Office in Pittsfield, IL. The starting annual salary range for this role is $33,280–$37,440, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating office procedures, and handling sensitive information.
- Assist with studio production tasks and preparation of reports and correspondence as directed.
- Manage production logistics such as purchase orders, booking travel, and organizing conference calls and accommodations.
- Maintain and organize contact lists, filing systems, and general office documentation.
- Troubleshoot and report unresolved administrative issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
