The views from this lot are unmatched on Weiss Lake. The high bank puts you right on top of the water and at a wide area of the lake near the mouth of Cowan Creek. The view is toward the east northeast, giving you incredible long-range views of over 4 miles expanse across the water. It is over 30 feet down to the water and well above the floodplain. A staircase would have to be installed to get to the water. The lot is shady with mature trees, but could be cleared to suit a house or lake cabin.
