The volcanic landscape of the El Malpais National Monument offers visitors to explore the lava fields, explore tubes, or even see the flight of thousands of bats as they leave caves for their night flights.
The Pueblo of Zuni and the Navajo Nation are near the Ramah Valley. The Native American culture in the area offers beautiful artwork through jewelry, pottery and carvings and are sold locally.
