A portion of the property is in the 100-year floodplain and some low-lying areas will hold water.
Water: One pond is in the Southwest corner of the property. A second, overgrown pond could be restored. Community water is not available currently and there is no existing water well. A water well will have to be dug.
Wildlife/Hunting: Numerous recreational opportunities are available with this property including hunting. Whitetail deer are found on the property, and turkey, dove, and hogs are abundant in the area. Quality habitat, comprised of open grasslands and thick cover, and reliable surface water provide for a variety of native wildlife species.
