The moment I ascended from the valley floor and turned onto the gravel road that is Pepin Hill Road, I knew I was about to experience something special. Sometimes I can just feel the energy of a farm and this was one that spoke to me. There will be an excellent trail system in the wake of the loggers and that is worth thousands in the equity game. This part of Wisconsin rarely comes up for sale and is known for its trophy deer.
