Clay helped us tremendously with this process. We had two other relators that we attempted to work with that were not suited to what we needed, they did not walk the property and they didn't have the answers we needed. We found Clay as a listing agent on a property and read his reviews. He comes highly recommended for a reason. He walked the properties with us. Did his research before on properties and could tell us everything wanted to know. He was extremely professional and very supported of our choices even when we backed out of a contract. He helped us find our dream piece of property, effortlessly booked us a showing the next morning and helped us get it under contract later that day. I can't thank him enough for his kindness, his knowledge, and his overall desire to get us a piece of property that we love. Thanks again Clay!!
