Ann White

Ann and Dave White with Whitetail properties were great to work with. They sold a 19 acre piece of ground for us in Southern Idaho. We found that our property we thought was free and clear was actually in our brother-in-law's trust and he had passed away. Ann and Dave went right to work on helping us get the problem all taken care of. We didn't really know much about selling land and all the paperwork. Ann took the time to walk us through the paperwork and help us understand what it all meant. They went out and walked our property, took measurements and knew exactly how and what to do about the right of way that was on the property. They helped us with honest opinions about what the market was doing pricewise and helped us come up with a price range to choose from.
