Bob Stalberger

We have now bought two properties with Bob. He is very friendly, not pushy, super professional, and made himself available when we needed him to. I would always reach out to Bob if i was ever looking for something else.

We happened upon Bob Stalberger accidentally after finding a small piece of farmland that we were interested in. After calling him and expecting to either be ignored or dealt with quickly, the opposite occurred with Bob. The property that he represented did not meet our needs but we asked him about another which was somebody else's listing. Since we are located a six hour drive from the small piece of farmland, Bob said that he would drive by on his way back from another job and look at it for us. Of course we had no way to be certain that he in fact did drive by but after communicating with him in the weeks afterward, it became clear that he was honest, diligent and high in integrity. In my sixty two years, I've encountered enough of the opposite to be able to judge people fairly well.Bob responded to our phone calls and emails almost immediately EVERY time we reached out and either had the information or would get the answers we had asked for. Once again, our property was small and of low value but Bob clearly did not use that fact to deliver less quality handling than a high value property seeker would expect.We have the potential to be purchasing a larger piece of property in the coming year and even though we have no incentive to seek out land in Minnesota, we very well may do so just so that we can have Bob represent us again, knowing that he will have our best interests in mind
