We discussed up front the potential value, he toured the property, etc. We decided to list and Bob did a great job of capturing the property in pictures, drones, etc. Then when it came to selling he courted multiple offers to my best interest. He could have probably been better off personally with the lower bidder, but he put me as the seller ahead of his own personal gain. I left impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
