Brad Garrison is a husband, father, and land specialist who brings a unique blend of life experience, discipline, and outdoor knowledge to real estate. Before beginning his career in land sales, Brad spent 10 years as a police officer, serving in specialized units such as SWAT and Hostage Negotiation, where he developed a strong commitment to service, integrity, and clear communication.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Brad’s passion for land runs deep. From hunting and fishing with his family to sharing insights through YouTube, he lives and breathes the lifestyle he now helps others achieve. His firsthand understanding of hunting land, recreational property, farm ground, and country homes allows him to see the unique potential in every piece of ground.

Brad’s commitment to his clients has led to rapid success in real estate. In 2024, he earned the Whitetail Properties Rising Star Award while also becoming the youngest Accredited Land Consultant in Indiana. To date, he has worked with more than 100 clients and closed over $30 million in sales, proving his ability to deliver results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

Brad serves his peers across the nation as a Land Specialist Coach, teaching and educating other agents to reach their full potential. His dedication to the success of others highlights his passion for this profession and our loyal clients.
