Brian W. Utecht has over 20 years of experience and dedication as a land specialist, representing buyers and sellers of farm, ranch, recreational, timber and lake properties. Brian started the Utecht Land Team of Whitetail Properties over 10 years ago and leads his skilled and ambitious team with passion and innovation. Being among the most highly awarded land specialists, Brian has led his team to be the top in the state and nation year after year.

Utecht Land Team has most recently been recognized for Excellence by receiving the Realtors Land Institute Apex Award, being named Broker of the Year in farm and ranch sales among all real estate companies in the Midwest. Brian and his team have represented hundreds of satisfied clients through the years and come highly recommended for their proven expertise and years of experience in land sales.

To offer clients the best possible representation with buying and selling land, Brian also achieved the ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) credential in 2023. ALCs are land professionals who are the most accomplished, most experienced and highest performing land experts. Becoming an ALC requires successful completion of a rigorous educational program, a proven track record of transaction performance and a commitment to professional growth.

Brian’s passion for the outdoors started as a child when his dad and grandfather introduced him to the great world of farming, hunting and fishing. He has been an avid outdoorsman ever since and passed along this passion to his own children. Years of experience as an outfitter and owning his own personal farms in Alabama, Texas, Nebraska and Missouri has allowed Brian the opportunity to practice tried and true wildlife management techniques and livestock production methods.

While serving our nation for 20 years in the military, Brian and his wife and children were able to reside in a number of places throughout the US before calling Missouri home in 2009, so he truly knows what a big decision it is to make a move and buy or sell your property. Brian lives the outdoor lifestyle and genuinely understands his client’s needs and dreams of land ownership.
