I learned how to appreciate and respect the land in Western Pennsylvania. Hunting was a huge family function with my father and two brothers. I have now passed those traditions on to my three sons who make their living hunting and fishing. I sold my main business in 2004, moved to Northern Michigan and bought a deer farm. For 10 years, we lived in the middle of close to 500 deer everyday. I developed a unique understanding of the whitetail deer over that time. Owning this gave me first hand knowledge of what the land and waters truly provide for us and the animals that we all love.
It was perfect. There were plenty of pictures taken of the property. I had a good idea before I drove there. When I arrived at the property Chuck was waiting to take me on a tour of it. I was impressed about how thorough Chuck knew the property, it was as if he had owned it. The closing process was also very easy and pleasant, no last minute surprises. Chuck made sure everything was taken care of. From beginning to end the process was great.
