Daniel Pierson

Daniel with Whitetail Properties was incredibly thorough through the entire purchase process. He was very prompt with any and all questions we had. We appreciated Daniel’s extensive knowledge of raw land acquisition and attention to detail. The Land ID software was a huge bonus when reviewing parcels. Overall, Daniel and the Whitetail Properties team are top tier. I highly recommend them for land acquisition.

Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of weekends hiking different properties with our family.

Daniel was very knowledgeable about the property!

Dan had already found me one other very suitable and successful small parcel to purchase last year, so I went back to him again and he delivered a second time.

When we began looking for a hunting property, we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted or what to look for. Daniel was patient, knowledgeable, and always focused on our best interests. He showed us several properties and gave us his honest opinion about each one, pointing out both the advantages and potential concerns. He also helped us understand county requirements, permits, land-use regulations, and other factors that could affect each property.Daniel never pressured us to make a purchase. He continued working with us until we found the property that was right for us. Once we found it, he took his time showing us around, answering our questions and sharing his knowledge of the land and hunting.Even after the sale, Daniel continued to go above and beyond. He came back to help us plan where to place our cameras and deer stands so we could make the most of the property. Honestly, we probably would not have purchased this property without his guidance and support. We are extremely happy with our purchase and strongly recommend Daniel and Whitetail Properties to anyone looking for hunting or recreational land. His honesty, expertise, and commitment to his clients made all the difference.
