We contacted Jeremiah to represent us and that was one of the best decisions that we have made lately. Our first meeting was at our property for a side-by-side tour on June 25th. Second was on July 3rd to sign the agreement. Third was August 26th for our closing. A total of 12 text messages and 62 days later, our property is signed, sealed and delivered.
