Rob Herrmann

Rob Herrmann is a Colorado Land Specialist with a deep passion for the outdoors. Growing up in New York's Finger Lakes region, Rob learned the joys of exploring and managing rural properties at an early age. He is an enthusiastic hunter and fly fisherman, taking full advantage of the endless opportunities for adventure in the Rocky Mountains.

Rob earned a business degree from Fredonia State University, where he was a captain and All-conference catcher for the Blue Devils baseball team. After graduation, he played professional baseball across the US, Australia, Germany, and France. After his playing career, Rob launched his own media company working for several companies across the outdoor industry while helping to build a Colorado-based fly fishing brand from the ground up. As an owner and Content Director, he created high-quality photo and video content that established the brand image and added value to the organization through outreach and awareness. These experiences taught him the importance of teamwork, dedication, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Rob and his wife, Summer, reside on a beautiful mountain property in Larkspur, Colorado. Rob's goal as a Land Specialist is to help others find their dream properties to live their best, most fulfilling lives possible.
