Description
One of the most often requested attributes from buyers when looking for a property is WATER, and this one has water. There are over 1300' of shoreline along Spring Creek, near the mouth of the creek, where it flows into Weiss Lake. The deer and turkey in the area are abundant, and there are a couple of back sloughs that would make for some good duck hunting as well. A small pond up front is stocked with bream and catfish and would make a great place to fish from the bank with kids. My daughter went and caught fish and went swimming on the day I shot photography, and it sure was fun!
