Description
This all timber tract has an access road along the west side just inside the timber off the tillable field. There are a couple of creek crossings with culverts for good access for 4-wheelers or side-by-sides. A survey will be done to determine the exact acreage and boundaries and make the access a deeded access. The timber is predominately white oak, and some of it is marketable. The property is surrounded by much larger timber and tillable that holds a lot of wildlife. Water and electricity are available on the county road. Call me today because I don’t think this property will take long to sell.
