These plum thickets in the heart of the farm are taller than the roof of a regular-sized pickup truck and allow for a high capacity of deer to feel secure living within the borders of the property. Multiple deer feeders have been strategically placed throughout the farm and have been running since the early Spring. A couple food plots have been broken and will be planted to a Fall food plot blend prior to deer season. Another excellent quality of the property is it’s a secluded and secure location. This farm is remotely located and only has road frontage on one side. The farm is very secure with a fully fenced perimeter and gated entrances at the South end and Northeast corner. Trophy whitetail deer are prevalent in this area, as well as wall-hanger mule deer. This farm has been known to hold both whitetail and mule deer throughout the year. Several coveys of quail can be found throughout the property and the Rio Grande turkey hunting is second to none! A beautiful double bearded Rio was harvested from the farm this past Spring.
