This property is located just outside of Sanborn on the west side of Farmers Golf Course. The Cottonwood River runs along the eastern boundary giving the new owner approximately one-quarter mile of river frontage. On the west side of the property sits the Sanborn Aquatic Management Area adding more options for hunting or fishing right next door.
