This hunting tract may be small, but it has some great features. Wolf creek winds through the property with huge old-growth hardwoods along its banks. Access is via a 60ft strip of land running south from paved 1130 road. Currently this is just a trail but with a little elbow grease a path could be opened up for a side by side. You would need to put in a low water crossing on a small creek close to the road. The previous owners camped on this strip of land and then road an ATV south to hunt. A trail has been cleared all the way to Wolf creek where there is an easy place to cross. From there the trail winds to the NW to some openings that have been cleared for shooting lanes from the tower blind to the feeder. There are also plenty of places to put in several small food plots. Even though this property is small, due to the steep banks of the creek it basically splits the property in half creating multiple hunting locations. Based on the amount of sign and tracts, there will be plenty of game on the is great tract. If you are really ambitious, bring in a dozer and put in a nice road back to the 20acres and build a home just like the folks did to the East of the property.
