Todd Henry was outstanding. I greatly appreciated his patience and persistence in listing and marketing a highly unusual dwelling. He kept me informed via texts and e-mails about what to expect and what was happening. Most particularly helpfully, he and his team oversaw certain preparatory operations, such as getting the property surveyed and the septic tank cleaned and inspected, etc. on my behalf while I live 6 hours away. That was extremely helpful and really the extra mile on my behalf. I would not hesitate to use Todd and Whitetail Properties again, should a similar need arise.

Working with Joe was awesome. He was patient in showing us several properties, was available, professional and efficient.
