The land we decided to sell has been in our family for 106 years. When we first began communicating with Mitch D. at Whitetail, we were immediately impressed with him and his willingness to help us without having signed a contract. We asked questions and he always responded. Mitch gave us direction on how best to present our properties for sale, provided extensive research on comparable acreages, and worked with our contractors, attorneys, and the county to move things through the process. This was such an emotional step for our family. He was genuinely caring and patient as well as being present when we needed him. We listed two properties and auctioned two properties, which we did based on Mitch's advice.

The online/in person auction and auctioneer were extremely professional and experienced. It takes a lot to impress a farmer. We received considerable input from our community on how impressed they were with the job that Whitetail, Mitch Dellamuth, and Joe Gizdic did with advertising, conducting the auction, and working with the buyers.
