James Walker

As a dedicated husband, conservationist, and hunter, James's life is often marked by what is in season. His love and passion for the outdoors grew from an early age as he was fortunate to grow up chasing whitetails in the fall, turkeys in the spring, and redfish on seagrass flats in the Florida panhandle throughout the summer. This passion and appreciation for the outdoors and a love for the adventure they provide took ahold of him and have never let go.

After graduating from Mercer University with a degree in mechanical engineering, James entered the corporate world with hopes to make his mark. After a few years, many long nights, and countless flights across the country, he decided to pivot his career into a field that combined his desire to help clients achieve their goals and with his personal passion and love of land.

As a real estate professional with Whitetail Properties in Central Georgia, his background allows him to bring a unique skillset to the table. James's mixed life experiences allow him to view property potential, client goals, and land through multiple lenses, tapping into unseen value by others. He loves helping his clients find their own adventure. Whether a hunting tract, investment land, or a country home, James wants to help his clients achieve their land ownership goals.
