Description
This type of mature hardwood tract does not come along often. Known as a big deer area and is only miles from Buckhorn, WMA. This property has a good road system throughout with multiple food plots in select areas. The east half of the property was select cut in 2007. There is mature hardwood throughout the tract and can provide a very good income. A high fence on the property's South, East, and West sides limits the deer killed by the neighbors.
