This property is a very secluded very private parcel yet easy to access with a deeded access going right to the property. The deer hunting can be off the charts. This piece is bordered by two row crop farms and the Looking Glass River to the east. It is THE major bedding cover in this entire section. The deer numbers in this area are very high and this property is torn up right now. I walked the entire parcel this week (10/12) and the amount of fresh rubs and scrapes was awesome. These are located in key spots on the property and chances are sitting over these plot two or three guys hunting would not see the same deer. There is an elevated box blind over one of the larger food plot areas. The owners have owned it over 20 yrs and have practiced quality deer management strictly for at least the past 10- 12. As you can see in the pictures the deer herd is mature and letting those two yr olds walk has worked well.
There is also a pole barn that has a semi-finished bunk room with a wood stove and it is wired for a generator. There is no well but that is an easy addition. The pole barn has room storage of a tractor/mower/quad whatever you decide.
