I have purchased and sold many properties during my career. But I've never had such a great experience as this one. From the day I contacted Clint and we met in his brand new side by side and how set up and professional he was but yet so much fun and knowledgeable as well. I felt like I had known him for a long time and thought you were a friend. . I feel that we are now definitely friends. I feel if it wasn't for Clint and I working together and if we had just let the attorneys handle it it may have not had happened. He worked diligently to get this deal done. He was honest and transparent through the whole process.. I look forward to working with him on future properties for sure.

Dean made listing and selling our property BEYOND easy! He worked around our schedule to meet us out there and view it. He never pressured us about choosing him or Whitetail Properties to manage us, he just laid out the process and gave us time to think about it. As soon as we made our decision to have him represent us, he went out and took pictures and drone footage and got it uploaded to the internet. There was not a lot of back and forth, he took care of everything. When we were negotiating cost with the potential buyers, he gave us sound advice and always respected what we wanted to do.
