I am sure most of you know a lot about deer and turkey hunting and have all seen many good hunting properties. The owner has also released quail on the property if you are a bird hunter. There are many chestnut, persimmon, mulberry and oaks throughout the property. The blackberry-lined trails around and through the property allow for access with any wind. There are three strategically placed 1-acre food plots with stands for various wind directions. Throughout the property are 20+ stands (lock on and ladder) that stay with the property and two large, elevated box blinds with windows on all sides to hunt comfortably. The owner has sheds and numerous trail cam pics of this buck that was finally harvested by an adjacent neighbor to the north but suffice it to say this buck has spread his genes on and around this property. There is also a creek that runs by one side of the property that has many deep crossing trails. The southwest corner of the timber also has a great funnel leading to and from the tillable. The property is currently enrolled in a forestry program that helps to reduce taxes. The seller does have mineral rights that will convey.
