Description
A great small acreage recreation tract located south of provencal in the Vowells Mill Community. This tract provides the potential for deer and small game hunting as well as some timber potential. The timber on the property consists of an 11-year-old pine plantation along the north half of the property as well as several acres of mature hardwood timber making up the southern half along the Santabarb Creek. The elongated shape of the property allows for several deer stand locations with ample timbered backup area. There is deeded access from Hwy 478 to the northeast corner. A trail is currently used to access the northern boundary of the property.
