The 1.6 acres included a house. Clay was absolutely wonderful. He was timely and accurate with his communications. He answered all my questions and made the process easy. He did the same with the buyer to be sure he had all of the information he needed in the process. This was a well put together transaction that was easy with no hassles.

I would say it was all good. Jeremy Morris was my agent/specialist. He was professional in that everything was timely, accurate, and informative. One of the big things was that he was very helpful in guiding/planning, and implementing a few things to help enhance the property and make it show better to a prospective buyer. We spent a relatively small amount of money on roads, food plots, etc., that I think made a big difference to recreational buyers, and Jeremy found a buyer for a good price. One other thing to note is that I thought his style was relaxed enough, but at the same time kept us moving and getting things done, so that it was an enjoyable experience (plus profitable) for me. I will definitely work with him again and am planning another possible sale now.
